  • Understanding R.I.D.D.O.R

  • Safe moving and handling techniques

  • How to Avoid Controversial techniques

  • Ability Test

  • Chair Moves and chair to chair transfer / Bed Moves

  • Slings – inserting whilst in bed, in chair or in a wheelchair

  • Bath Hoist, Ceiling Hoist and Mobile Hoist
